This beautiful new chalet, set in bucolic surroundings just a few minutes from the centre of the village of Les Contamines-Montjoie, welcomes you for both winter and summer holidays. Nestled in a small hamlet of four chalets, you’ll enjoy magnificent views of Mont Joly and the Dômes de Miage.
Traditionally built with wood cladding, this chalet offers 100 m2 of living space over a ground and ground floor. Recently built (2022), it has all the comforts of a recent home.
Day side
Fully furnished, the chalet is perfectly designed to make you feel at home. Entrance hall, large living room with sitting area, dining room with pellet stove and fitted kitchen, all opening onto the south-facing garden. A WC, shower room and laundry/ski room complete this level.
Sleeping area
A master suite with shower room, a double bedroom with large wardrobes. The bedrooms open onto a south-facing balcony offering magnificent mountain views. On this floor, you will also find a bathroom, a WC and a children’s bedroom with bunk beds.
The chalet has an enclosed garage and a parking space. The grounds of the chalet are 800 m2, not enclosed. In summer, you can enjoy the terrace with garden furniture.
