Located just 150 m from the Les Perrières chairlift and 300 m from the first shops, in a new residence (2023), this highly functional 45 m2 apartment can sleep up to four people.
Located on the ground floor with an east-facing terrace, the apartment features a large entrance hall, shower room with WC, a beautiful bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, a kitchen opening onto the living room with access to the terrace. The living room has a sofa bed for additional sleeping space.
For your comfort and security, the apartment has underfloor heating with a thermostat that can be adjusted from room to room, and aluminium roller shutters.
On the practical side, a secure ski locker with shoe warmer is available at the entrance of the residence, as well as a basement parking space.
