A first staircase leads to the ground floor / 1st floor and opens onto a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a first living room around the fireplace and a lounge area for the TV corner.
The room opens onto a revolving balcony on the south-east-north facades of the chalet, with a 180° view of the Aiguilles de Warens and the Mont Blanc massif. On this floor there is also a first double bedroom (bed 160 x 200) with bathroom and WC. An entrance hall and guest WC complete this level.
On the top floor, under a sloping roof, you will find two large master suites (one with a 180 x 200 bed and the other with a 160 x 200 bed) with en suite bathrooms and WCs, opening onto a balcony with breathtaking mountain views.
A third bedroom (bed 160 x 200 or two single beds 80 x 200) with its bathroom and WC will be ideal for children. The charming village of Combloux offers a wide range of delights every season, summer and winter.
